As always I received great friendly service from the office staff to the Dr.
While my situation used to be one that caused great stress in my life, it no longer does. My visit yesterday seeing Dr Lounsberry and his team (especially Susanne) has a new found level of satisfaction-one of superb standard. I am very happy with how my appt went. I know that I also may have caused stress for many in the office and for that I do apologize. I am now actively recommending Dr Lounsberry and staff to friends and family in Austin. Thanks for ye continued support and always taking care of me no matter what.
I don't think anyone likes to go to the dentist but I don't mind when I have to go see the staff at Dr Lounsberry's office, they all make my experience a good one!
