Erik, our maintenance guy, was great. Came quick and was super efficient in fixing everything that needed fixing!
When we first moved it to our unit things were going well, but they have been going downhill for a bit. It is extremely hard to get ahold of anyone from the office and have them reach out and give any updates. Are most recent issues is the toilet flood so we went without one for a few days and when we came home the was a hole in our kitchen ceiling that was on July 17th. They were supposed to have a contractor come out on Monday July 28th and they never came and again today Thursday July 31but yet again no one arrived. Hopef... read more

Yeah just don't move here. It was fine in the beginning, but it quickly went downhill. Our toilet started leaking into our bathroom floor and it took days for them to clean it. They resealed it and didn't even replace the flooring. I had to bleach the floor for days afterwards. Last year we asked them to fix the mold under the ac unit and they sprayed paint over it. Now they are having to remove parts of our wall because there is BLACK MOLD everywhere. God knows how long it's been like this. The cherry on this is now we have... read more
