Worst I have ever delt with they have abandon us for new owners and are apartment is falling apart . Door frame rotten I'm holding it up with boxes and pins with a blanket to try and lessen the air leak for AC and heat as this happend months ago. Apartment cannot be secured and they charge for all kinds of fees like trash which will never be picked up unless you are in a building near the office . Our new neighbors have already been smoking until 8:00 PM and moving furniture until at least 12:00 AM. This has been going on for hours. There is a baby crying up there and they have been stomping for quite a while now. I think it?s time for us to leave. Unacceptable. 12:50 AM CST -1:55 AM CST they have parked a U-Haul in the fire zone. At 1:56 am they are moving out of the fire zone. 2:00 AM continuous stomping. This is crazy. Okay so I have to say this. For the past month the trash situation has been BAD. It was piling up, smelling awful, and honestly this is the second time it’s happened. It’s frustrating. BUT the reason I’m writing this review is because this morning around 7:30am while I was leaving for work, I saw Rogelio (the manager) out there in his nice work clothes literally picking up trash bags and loose trash with his hands. THIS IS WHAT YOU GET HERE AT BALCONES CLUB APARTMENTS. GYM HAS NEVER LOOKED LIKE THEY PUT IN THE PHOTOS ON GOOGLE MAPS . ONCE OR TWICE SINCE I HAVE LIVED HERE THEY didn't pay their trash bill and new employees more times than I can count. For months now they haven't picked up my trash and everytime I go to talk to them its always excuses. This has been the worst apartment experience I've ever had. Please dont even bother living here.
