CONTRACTORS BEWARE - if you want to be paid for your services, stay clear of this place!!! I am a contractor who performed water mitigation (due to a leak) for the apartment complex back in February 2025. I have yet to be paid and am being told that they are waiting for the funds. It is safe to say that I will never do work here again unless they pay the bill up front. Please pay my bill!!!
Balcones Club Apartments has been amazing. The community is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and truly feels like home from the moment you arrive. The apartments are well maintained. Every time I placed a maintenance request they were quick to respond. It’s very clear the staff genuinely care about their residents. I felt very safe in my apartment and would recommend it for any person or family looking for a home or even a place to raise a family. The good: Maintenance crew does great work with the little to no money they are given. The bad: 1.) Tried to charge for an ESA for months when confronted about it they made up a nonsense lease violation as retaliation. 2.) they shut the water off. Constantly. In the past year over 15 times. 3.) They are now trying to charge to have guests here. Absolutely pathetic. 4.) Garbage everywhere. There where piles of garbage stacked all over the corners. 5.) People have had multiple break ins. I had such a great experience touring with FranShawn! She was so warm and genuine from the moment I arrived, and really made me feel comfortable. She took her time showing me around, answered every question honestly, and didn’t make me feel pressured at all.
I toured with Franshawn who was amazing! Very professional, hands down one of the best tours I have ever done. She had so much knowledge regarding floor plans and the complex. I provided exceptional services at the time of my visit! Her personal rating is pass a 5star if you ask me :)
