Absolutely the worst apartment experience ever. I moved into Balcones Club Apartments less than three weeks ago, and my car was towed twice within three days, costing me over $800 in total. The first time I paid $320 to get my car back. The very next day after retrieving it, it was towed again. The office told me to “wait for them to handle it,” but after waiting all afternoon, they finally said they couldn’t help me and refused to take any responsibility— leading me to pay another $410 plus extra rideshare costs. WORST APARTMENT EXPERIERNCE EVER! have had so many issues since the very beginning! Do not i repeat ever tour here!
I've enjoyed my time living here but forcing guests to PAY for guest parking and making some obscure ISP as the only option for home wifi is completely ridiculous. I can put up with the valet trash fees and all that, but at some point you guys have to stop and ask "is this new way of nickel-and-diming our tenants a bridge too far?" I'm gone once my lease is up. Shoutout to the maintenance guys, y'all are great.
Charging $1 an hour for VISITORS TO PARK? absolutely insane on top of the not having a choice to pick your own internet services anymore. this new management is terrible, have fun with your renewal rates tanking
This place is terrible. Windows break from golf balls hitting them. the property has trash all over, and the grounds are not taken care of. They enjoy hidden fees and randomly add extra ones to your bill at their will. They charge for you to have guests park, and they block off any spaces near buildings as paid monthly parking.
