Worse apt I have ever lived in, very dirty, with pets everywhere,cats feces everywhere for you to step on, the zoo smells a lot better than Balboa Ranch. Be ready to live with many big roaches, the biggest ones youve ever seen & getting bigger because manager doesnt care to treat it. Then the uncontrolable noise...& much more.
