Welcome to BalancedYou Massage and Yoga Studio. We have several highly trained massage therapist that specialize in therapeutic deep tissue massage for many muscular and joint conditions. We are trained in multiple modalities to fit your needs. We offer trigger point therapy, deep tissue, pregnancy, hot stone, reflexology,and our latest is Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy. That has been the most popular as of yet. It is a massage performed with my feet. Let us be your therapeutic relief.
