The end of June 2023 I was having to use a Rollator (the Cadillac of walkers… It has a seat and four wheels); my legs from knees down were both numb, suffering tremendous pain from my knees up through lower back. I did business with him for years and all was OK until he got the new rude, arrogant receptionist. She came out one day when there was an elderly lady using a walker who appeared to be in pain and needed the help of a guardian and this new person just seemed to laugh out loud at these people for no reason.
