The end of June 2023 I was having to use a Rollator (the Cadillac of walkers… It has a seat and four wheels); my legs from knees down were both numb, suffering tremendous pain from my knees up through lower back. Went to my PCP, put me on muscle relaxers and anti inflammatory meds. Started to see Dr. Sam & his wonderful staff mid July 2023. I did business with him for years and all was OK until he got the new rude, arrogant receptionist. She came out one day when there was an elderly lady using a walker who appeared to be in pain and needed the help of a guardian and this new person just seemed to laugh out loud at these people for no reason.
