I had a great experience working with Balanced Electric to upgrade my standby generator, replace my main panel and install a new sub-panel. Along the way they noticed that a GFCI outlet had failed and replaced it. Every employee I worked with was incredibly skilled, kind and a straight shooter. They did excellent work, explained everything along the way and they did a great job coordinating with subcontractors for trenching, the local utility and the county as needed. I highly recommend them to anyone in their service area.
Awesome service! In the past when I’ve called electricians they can be condescending when I ask questions. Kim is very knowledgeable and was respectful when I had questions about how things worked. She was attentive to all concerns and fixed every problem. Totally a keeper!
Zac from Balanced Electric came out to service our Generac generator and did a fantastic job. He was detail-oriented and explained many details unknown to us as the Generac came with the purchase of our home. He takes great pride in his work, and his excellent customer service skills are very appreciated. We will be using them again yearly.
My husband and I are so glad to have found Balanced Electric. Last year they installed a Generac and did the electric work on our ductless heat/air conditioner that Climatize put in. We cannot be more pleased with their professionalism. We love their personalities and feel like we have known them forever. We will continue to call them for any future work. Can't thank them enough!
I have had a wonderful experience with this company. I believe two women are at the helm with journeymen helping out. They are super-competent, friendly, clear communicators and did a wonderful job after the ice storm took down our electric and pulled our box from the wall. Totally knew what they were doing!
