Zac from Balanced Electric came out to service our Generac generator and did a fantastic job. He was detail-oriented and explained many details unknown to us as the Generac came with the purchase of our home. He takes great pride in his work, and his excellent customer service skills are very appreciated. We will be using them again yearly.
My husband and I are so glad to have found Balanced Electric. Last year they installed a Generac and did the electric work on our ductless heat/air conditioner that Climatize put in. I have had a wonderful experience with this company. I believe two women are at the helm with journeymen helping out. They are super-competent, friendly, clear communicators and did a wonderful job after the ice storm took down our electric and pulled our box from the wall. Totally knew what they were doing!
