Excellent people, excellent service. After installing our whole house fan , I couldn't sleep because of the vibrations when the fan was on. They came out twice to make changes to the installation and now it's perfect! Thank you so much, we are very happy and would highly recommend this company.
Balance Point Heating and Air is by far the best company to have on your phone and in your address book. They go above and beyond taking care of customers and I give them FIVE Stars *****, I called them at 4:30pm on a Friday with a non-functioning water heater, Bill Kusmik, his son and staff jumped into action and was able to install a new water heater that night. Highly recommend for any heating and cooling needs! We came home last weekend to water around our water heater. So we called balance point to come out and take a look and as we thought, we needed a new water heater. Being a weekend we figured we would have to wait till Monday but they had the old one out and new one in same day. The tech was excellent from start to finish and explained everything so we knew our options to get a new one in. You have a great team!!
These guys are excellent! They not only do an outstanding job with installations, they do it with a smile on their faces. Knowing that they are part of the community as well, you can tell that they strive to do their best work on everything that they touch. This is a great bunch of guys that you can trust and rely on when in the market for heating and air!
What a great experience. Called yesterday, ask for the earliest appointment, got it scheduled for today! Jim, the technician, was outstanding! Very professional, great attitude, communication was exceptional. He had all the parts and equipment needed with him. Price was exactly what I was told, no hidden costs.
