So to everyone who thinks massage therapy is just for relaxation…THINK AGAIN. Amy’s techniques go beyond that, and she is intent on relieving pain and discomfort. I thought my hips/legs/feet were just cursed and that pain would be a constant in my life, but I have realized that seeing Amy consistently is the key to a productive life with little discomfort (if any). Amy is beyond amazing! She has done more for my shoulder pain in a few sessions than months of physical therapy. I would highly recommend her!
I have widespread muscle pain, dysautonomia, and hypermobility. Each time I go, Amy is able to skillfully relieve whatever pain I am in, and my body begins to heal. I have canceled spinal steroid injections due to her knowledge and talent relieving my pain! I have gone to her for years and will forever recommend her.
