I was a patient of Dr. Maitland for 15 years and he was wonderful. However, his front office staff and especially Nicole are VERY rude. I needed assistance with an issue and they are not pleasant and very dismissive. They never called me back after they said they would when they found out answer to my question. Please Dr. Maitland, hire a new staff as they have terrible manors.

Very unhappy patient. I had old insurance and they sent me for an MRI and it was too much. So I switched insurances. I called to ask them to resend my MRI. They tell me I have to schedule an appointment again. I went in and the doctor says "oh have you gotten your MRI?" Then I proceed to explain and he says I didn't need to come in. So I paid to come in to see him for no reason. But then he tells me that to go ahead and tell the front desk to schedule my MRI. This was beginning of March. ****WARNING****i do NOT recommend this doctor. I was sent to him by a primary care many years ago for a little bit of dizziness only. This is the most unprofessional and irresponsible doctor i have ever dealt with in my 60 years. He messed so badly with my inner ear that I spent 4 months out of work, i could barely stand upright and lost 16 pounds the first month he treated me because i was vomiting so much and couldnt keep food down from all the vertigo he caused. I have been struggling with poor balance, falling, and difficulty walking for more than a year. I was about to give up. Then a friend recommended Dr. Maitland. OMG, the man is a genius. I had one test on my eyes and ears today. Next week a CAT scan which, I think, will confirm his diagnosis. He is a very sharp observer. Don’t be misled by the negative comments. Horrible front end staff that don’t make appointments, don’t communicate, make tons of errors, and need to be constantly followed up with. It is absolutely exhausting dealing with this place to the point where it almost feels deliberate.
