I do a ton of PR and public events for government and public sector clients. I had a last-minute request the late afternoon before a morning event for a wireless PA system. I called Ryan and he jumped on it. I had it my hands at 8am the next morning. They show you how to use everything and were just all around great! Highly recommend! Not just for the fancy stuff but the every day holy crap I need it now stuff. Will be using them for all my event needs.

So glad to have found Ryan at Balance AV systems. I was coming in from out of town for a rehearsal dinner and the venue did not provide AV equipment. The price I paid was significantly less than who the venue referred me to and the service was significantly more! I just needed a projector, screen and microphone and he met me at his shop and made sure everything was working and even drew me a diagram to make sure I could get it running for my event. Super easy to communicate with! I highly recommend them.
