Ordered tires from Andy and was promised install by 1030-11AM. Received a call from Juan at 1045AM that tires came in wrong. I called Andy and he provided a sob story that his vendor delivered the wrong tires. I made time for this work to be completed before 1100AM and they tell me that another driver would deliver the correct tire by 1230PM. I've now lost 3 hours of time that is not acceptable due to poor logistics by Balado tire employee. They've lost a customer, and my word of mouth about this horrifying situation is not ... read more
