Fantastic experience with Dr. Balaci and his entire staff!!
Dr. Balaci himself seems to be competent and kind. The day of my surgery was wonderful. I had some complications, however, and the ladies at the desk dismissed my concerns over the phone and would NOT allow me to come in to the office to be checked. The front desk also did not let us know that, while they are a provider under our insurance, the anesthesiologist is not. We are still dealing with that many months later.
This was my husbands first time with extraction of any tooth. He is a very over dramatic big baby, but I am grateful that he had a wonderful experience. All the ladies as well as Dr. Balaci informed us on what was going to be done and what to expect the day of and a couple of days after. We thank all of the staff and highly recommend Dr. Balaci and his team!!!
The staff was very friendly and welcoming! They truly helped to ease my anxiety about the procedure and made me feel very relaxed. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone that is in need of an oral surgeon.
One of the hardest thing as a parent is to have your child experience pain or need surgery. The doctor and the staff at Balaci were patient, kind, informative, and went out of their way to ensure that my son had wonderful care during surgery to remove his wisdom teeth. I am not sure anyone "loves" oral surgery, but the whole experience was shorter and less painful than I expected. The whole staff was kind and helpful. The evening after surgery there was some discomfort, but recuperation after that was a breeze.
Dr. Balaci and staff are very nice and professional. I highly recommend.
I've been here twice for tooth extractions. Dr. Balaci is very nice, low key, and friendly. Everyone at the office is very nice and put you at ease while you're there. Highly recommended.
