The whole team at Balaci Oral and Facial Surgery was wonderful. I was so scared to have my procedure and the team walked me through everything to make sure I was on board. They even had me laughing prior to putting me to sleep. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to have oral surgery. They also follow up with you to make sure your recovery is going well. With having a son with multiple illnesses and allergies to certain sedation medication, Dr Balaci & his staff made sure our son was well taken care of. Everyone was so polite & professional!! We would highly recommend Balaci Oral and Facial Surgery for your oral/facial surgical needs!
WORST dental experience of my 74 years. My extraction was a minor stop along the way to more important things, I felt, once they collected my $295 up front. Didn’t even numb my gums before firing away with the novacaine shots. The shots were so painful they flattened me out in the chair. Doctor seemed rushed, callous, totally unconcerned about me as a patient. I will follow up with licensing board.

Dr. Balaci and his staff are a class above all the rest. I needed an oral surgeon and was referred by my dentist. The experience was so positive that when my 14 year old needed her wisdom teeth extracted I didn’t hesitate to return to him and his staff. The office is impeccable. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Balaci is personable, knowledgeable and knows how to help you feel at ease.
