I recently visited Bala Bala for a radiant IV drip treatment, and it was a wonderful experience. They took the time to explain the process clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire treatment. What impressed me most was how caring and attentive they were. They constantly checked to make sure I was feeling well and that everything was going smoothly. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the experience very reassuring.
Had my first Rejuran classic treatment with Nurse Nicole. She was very professional, informative, sweet and talked through every steps of the way and making sure I was comfortable to proceed further. Nicole made the whole experience amazing for me as a first timer. Looking forward to more treatment with her again. Thank you to all the staff also, everyone was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Karen has been extremely helpful with my consultation as I’ve never been to Balabala before and wasn’t sure which treatment to have. She went through all the treatments plans that was suitable for me without being pushy on purchasing any treatment. Clinic is absolutely clean and very professional.
