not that friendly at the beginning, felt like a child telling me off to have a sit when I was asking for some products. Then I realised she was the manager sitting in the reception. for me she was a receptionist who could attend to my curiosity. maybe its just a matter of perception, Karen was professional and I receive more information that expected.
