Woke up during surgery when I was initially promised this would not happen at the consultation. After surgery, I attempted to ask one of the assistants to help me remove my mouth full of blood. Just swallow it she said. Unfamiliar with my freshly numbed mouth, I then drooled blood on myself, ruining a t shirt.
Staff were friendly, professional & efficient. Dr.Bill was excellent, I experienced no pain I'm the office and very little pain since the procedure. He will be my surgeon of choice and I had the opportunity to recommend him to one person while waiting for my prescription. The only addition I can think of would be to send prescriptions to pharmacy electronically to allow the patient to get the meds more quickly. Thank you for great service.
Excellent service from the front desk through my implant consultation. The figure office was very friendly and I eroded definitely recommend this office to fault and friends.
I was disappointed because my appointment was changed from today, 7/11 due to a power outage. I was looking forward to having this tooth pulled.
