First visit to the office, made me feel very welcomed. Will definitely recommend Dr. Hill to my friends and family
the receptionist at the front desk took my x-ray, then regarding payment , she was extremely!!!! Rude!!! I never want to deal with her ever again! Also, I did not receive the same warm and fuzzy welcome that I saw other patients getting when they arrived for their appts. I got a quick hello and then questions about payment. The front staff was very pleasant. Both ladies were attentive to the patient needs. The surgeon was very knowledgeable and concern about my dental hygiene. 5 stars so far tooth extraction on Monday yet to be determine. Happy New Year!!!
Dr Hill and Team were awesome.
Everyone was great! We scheduled right away because we felt comfortable and we felt like we were in good hands!
Staff were very friendly and answered all my questions.
Given the reason for my visit, it was as comfortable as possible.
Everyone was very pleasant. I arrived ten minutes early to my appointment and went straight back to get my xrays done. From there I was quickly seated in my assigned room. I waited no longer then three minutes before the assistant greeted me. The doctor was extremely friendly and gave me great insight to my dental options. He worked quick and when I was in discomfort he stopped to make sure I was comfortable. I was surpised at how quick he took to do the extraction. The only comment that I have; There was a lot of loud talking from your staff in the hall way and front desk, and that made me feel uncomfortable.
