The women at the front desk were extremely rude to me on both the phone and when I arrived. My friend was in the waiting room and the women talked badly about me as I was meeting with the dentist. They called me a "stupid young girl" and I was very offended. The visit was great, other than the women at the front desk. It is extremely important for EVERYONE in the office to be professional--this is not a middle school lunchroom. There is no need to talk crap about the patients that come into an office. Great visit overall, Dr. Hill is great. Only very minor complaint is that I wasn't 100% clear on my post-extraction instructions and whether I had stitches, when it would be safe to brush, etc.
Pleasant environment, the office staff alongside the surgeons were very informative.
Every one was curtius and polite.All was explained indepth and accurate. Thank You
I believe the staff was very professional, they greeted me with smiles and Dr Hill made me feel very comfortable. I appreciate the professionalism.
