I didn’t have a good first experience at all w/ Dr. Patel. When a Dr says more than once that “I’m not a good doctor” when you’re visibly upset is never a good thing. I informed him my condition was an insecurity of mine & that it makes my symptoms worse when trying to explain it because it’s a hard topic for me- I still explained it tho. He wasn’t personable or comforting about this. He had issues with his computer that I personally was the one to fix so that he could use AI to address my problem.. The office took great care of me. The Dr did as well.
The doctor is always very knowledgeable and he explains everything so that I can understand.

As described in my first comment, everyone was amazing!
After being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, I was referred to Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel is thorough, professional, very thoughtful and compassionate. He worked diligently to fine tune different medications that were appropriate with other medications and conditions already on my plate. Blessed to have Dr. Patel in my life.
Ghosted me for 6 month before they went out of business. Was unable to get a copy of my chart to take to a new neurologist.
