Negative stars. Placed an order for a cake. Called back to pay and they can’t do it. So kind of them to try and reach out sooner and let me know. My kids birthday is in 3 days. The order was placed last week. They said I could call back to pay. Never said they’d just cancel the order if I didn’t pay by a certain time. Horrendous customer service. I’m going to have an incredibly bummed out 7 year old. Thanks for that, baking grounds. Hopefully I can find a much better cake for the party with people that run a business better.
Best place for a great breakfast, specialty coffee, custom cakes and fantastic customer service. The family that runs it are the nicest people you’ll ever meet.
I definitely recommend The Baking Grounds! When other bakery’s said they couldn’t bake the designs that my daughter wanted. They never even hesitated!! Her wedding cake and grooms cake were delicious and beautifully decorated!! From their cake tasting to design and delivery and set up they are the top professionals in their business!!
