RecommendedMy family and I have never been let down by a custom cake from The Baking Grounds! They did our wedding cake, my son’s first birthday cake, and now my husband’s 30th birthday cake! All three of these cakes were made exactly as imagined and wanted! The birthday cakes are pictured. My husband’s cake is a beer mug - it was perfect! Highly recommend The Baking Grounds!
my sister got our older sisters 50th birthday cake from here. I am completely amazed and very pleased with how it turned out. Very tasty and a lot of cake, will use them again.

It's a tiny mom and pop shop. It is wonderful here and the people are absolutely friendly. The history behind the shop is interesting and it reflects an Irish setting. Everything here is fresh. You can have breakfast and lunch here. Almost everything is made fresh too! This place deserves the support of locals and visitors alike. It's quite the experience and I highly recommend it for everyone.

I’m pretty disappointed in this little bakery. No where in the site does it say their hours have changed due to COVID. I’ve emailed them for a quote and have yet to hear anything back so I went on Saturday 8/1, got there about 3:10 and saw someone inside, she blatantly looked up at me and laughed. I have an urgent order for my child’s birthday cake that is on 8/8 and tried to put in my order in a decent time frame so it would be done. DO NOT GO INTO THIS PLACE...if you have little to no will power as I do. First off, I’m pretty sure Heaven smells the same way. Second, their endless selection of desserts and treats will call to you as Sauron called to the Ring of Power. Third, their lunches are AWESOME and the Buford Burger is one of the best in town. Exceptionally clean environment and crazy friendly staff! Highly recommend!

I visited for the first time today and I'm so impressed! Very friendly atmosphere. I picked up some items to go (chicken salad and. some assorted desserts). Everything was so delicious! The cakes looked absolutely perfect! I will definitely be returning!
