Swimming pool takes weeks to balance? Yet still no fix.
I lived here for about a year. It was my first apartment in the U.S., and thanks to the friendly neighbors and the variety of events, I was able to make many friends and create wonderful memories. If I ever return to Pittsburgh, I would love to live here again.
Appliances are ancient. Dishwasher doesn’t clean, so be ready to hand-wash everything after it runs. Dryer leaves clothes damp and smelling worse than before. Shoutout to management for setting the bar underground. Bad attitude once they get you to move in. Always begging for fake 5-star reviews to bury the real ones tho🤡
DO NOT LIVE HERE. I’ve lived here for 3 years and it’s gone completely downhill. Noise insulation is terrible - you can hear pipes popping and neighbor’s toilet flushing. Ever since the former manager Julie left, the new management has been a disaster. If you’re a resident dealing with management’s nonsense, skip them and look up “Bakery Living owners” and contact Todd and Greg directly. Overall great apartment- close to markets, parks nearby, no noise at night, gentle maintenance team! So I've decided to renew:) A building a bit aging (i guess 15yrs) so often I am having issues with appliances such as washer, bath, and outlet. They don't provide the best solution, instead keep maintaining and fixing the issue, which is not bad.
