Since "Sparq" took over management, things have gone downhill. They’ve changed the terms by adding extra fees and utility charges that used to be included in rent, which feels like a way to get around legal limits on raising rent. Appliances are outdated, several outlets don’t even work. Overall, the experience has become frustrating and not what we originally signed up for.
UPDATE August 2025: I'm a resident here since 2022 or so and this property is about to get taken over by "SPARQ". This is a placeholder review and I will update and change it once they've 'taken hold' so to speak, as it seems like they're about to do some very interesting changes.
Pretty good place to live, I like this place is amazing
