Now known as Baker Vista Apartments, extremely poor management, the Fireplaces are now considered dangerous, but they still have residents in the units with these "dangerous" appliances, I wonder how the Fire Marshall feels about that.
Absolute horrible experience at this apartment complex. Also known as Baker Vista Apartments. The mold underneath the carpet is a sure sign that they do not replace the carpets after move out, the repairs look like a child has done it. Do not recommend this place at all, very poor management here. All we got was a letter that says the fireplaces are dangerous to use, they were not dangerous when we all signed our leases. I wonder who did the inspections?

Great place to live, great neighbors but do not live here while Sparq is the manager. Constantly saying and doing things not up to code, not fair to Tennant's. Many residents in the first floor have a bad rodent problem that they do nothing about. Require you to keep your deck area clean while the whole property is littered with trash. Have no smoking ordinances but their employees smoke and vape freely on the premises. Since "Sparq" took over management, things have gone downhill. They’ve changed the terms by adding extra fees and utility charges that used to be included in rent, which feels like a way to get around legal limits on raising rent. Appliances are outdated, several outlets don’t even work. Overall, the experience has become frustrating and not what we originally signed up for.
