I'd recommend greatly to not rent from here. Since Sparq took over, all they have done is increase our rent by tacking on various fees, like trash, water and tiny 10 fees related to nothing at all, and that just seems to be a underhanded way to increase your rent without getting law involved. If you ever want to talk to management, will I wish you luck, cause they ain't there hardly ever. I review accurately to my experience and with pride in keeping accurate so that others can make informed decisions. UPDATE: August 19, 2026: Too long didn't read, but they're hiking the rent again. As of May 1, 2027 you either lock in to a lease or get screwed if you're a month to month. This is not a very nice place to live in the manager is a very unprofessional manager. The office is always closed. they change things unexpectedly they don’t give you a notice they hit you with The rent is gonna get increased now we have to pay for water, sewer, and garbage the light bill. No the light bill we paid the utilities. She emailed us one time and said that we’re gonna have to pay electricity. Duh we are paying electricity already. Don't bother coming here if you actually want a management that WILL communicate with you! They never answer phones, never calls back. Office is NEVER open and the only times you get any sort of communication from the place is when their telling you that the office is gonna be closed AGAIN. Why have hours if you dont follow them? I miss the old management.
