Do not rent from here. There is one maintenance man for here and Seattle and then some. You will never have a parking spot, my electricity never works even after multiple attempts from the management. Many tenants here have law enforcement issues so the police are here often. The homeless issue is absolutely ridiculous as they live in the bushes just outside of our property. The community laundry room is absolutely disgusting and is never cleaned, nor is it ever in a good working order as over half of the machines are broken... read more
