This VA clinic is poorly managed. The leadership comes across as dismissive and ineffective, creating an environment where patients feel neglected.Veterans should not have to struggle this hard to receive basic care. It should be better leader or supervisor at this clinic.
Unbelievable quality care that you get here and the friendliness and respect that you get is wonderful. The ladies at the front desk can be a little dry but they're not rude although be nice to see them smile a little more. My doctor is very knowledgeable and I have a great deal of respect for him.
This place. It has gotten alot better over the years. I got out of the military well over a decade ago, so have been going to this clinic for quite a while. They have stripped some service such as the pharmacy, which makes getting your meds mote of an elongated process. But I no longer just feel like a number here now. Customer service has gotten alot better. I can often get an appointment the same day and I love my doctor.
