I just had a procedure done here today and everyone from the receptionist to the surgeon were extremely polite and professional. I don't think I've ever had an issue here in the past with past procedures.
Grateful for the whole BSSC team. Everyone was kind and supportive throughout the whole process. Check in with the front office staff was great, pre-op with all the amazing nursing staff went smoothly (thank you Amalia, Sandra, Eva! I’m sorry missed several more names!), and my surgeon Dr. Park and anesthesiologist were professional and informative, making me feel like I was well taken care of in exceptional hands. Terribly rude staff. Whoever works front desk needs an attitude adjustment. How do they expect us to trust them for surgical procedures with rude behavior like that over the phone
Just had foot surgery today,Dr. C,Jex & the is whole medical team made sure I was comfortable, under. Stood what was going on & me me feel overall in good hands. THANK YOU FATHER GOD 🫶
