We just sent my daughter off to college in her brand new Mitsubishi Lancer!! this was the best dealership we had been to out of the many we had tried. The Sales guy was very calm and not to aggressive, which was a nice change of pace.

I just bought a brand new 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer, the Salesman that helped me was Ramiro what a guy. He made me feel comfortable, not pressured and walked me through every step. I didn't feel ripped off or cheated in anyway, I just wanted to give him a good review for a great job he did!!!

Any suggestions! ripped off buyer beware! I purchased a new 2007 mitsubishi. While under warranty my car radiator went out and car engine was damaged. Took car to dealer and was told that the radiator was an after market product that it was not the original radiator. They also told me that it appears my car has been involved in a front end accident because frame was damaged. And voided my warranty. My car has 70,000 miles on it and we have never had any work done to the radiator, and we have never been involved in any accide... read more

Love the cars, hate the salesmen. After waiting nearly 20 minutes for a salesmen, my family decided to take an unguided look at their cars ourselves. We were finally approached by a salesman with good intentions on selling us a car. However, this salesman lacked half of a knowledge of anybody that has done their research elsewhere. 2008 Raider warranty problems 7/23/10 I am currently having a terrible experience with Mitsubishi Service Department. I took my 2008 Raider truck because engine seemed to be running rough and engine light was on. After an entire week they replaced the ignition coil. When I picked the truck up ,I noticed it was doing the same thing. I called them up and only after insisting there was still a problem was I told to bring truck back. I love Bakersfield Mitsubishi! My husband and I had to trade in our car - because we had first gotten a bad loan from another car dealership. Bakersfield Mitsubishi 1.Helped us to trade in our car with the bad loan. 2.Helped us to get a low interest rate on our new loan - the new interest rate was a quarter of our old interest rate!!! 3.Everyone was very helpful and they have stuck to all of their promises!

great experience I am completely satisfied with this dealership. Josh was our salesman. He was extremely helpful and not pushy at all... the sales manager was very nice and threw in some extras. I will definitely go back there for our next car.

Very very pushy salespeople! Ahh! I traded in my Honda Civic almost 2 years ago for a Mitsubishi Endeavor. My husband and I originally went there just to check out the Eclipses. Well that was a bad idea, the sales manager ended up trying to talk me into getting a used one, though I didn't even like the way it drove, didn't like the size, didn't like one thing about it. So he just sits there talking to me like he's the devil on my husband's shoulder (he doesn't drive, just I do.. so..). Finally get him to realize I don't care... read more
