It’s all good until your kid has an abscess and you need some real assistance to get the tooth to pop out and they refuse to help. Xrays for nothing. She didn’t even show the xrays and what it looked like. We are aware that he’s teething. He developed an abscess on a molar and has been suffering for months. We got an appointment for her to just tell us that he’s teething. We came for help and left with absolutely nothing.
Excellent experience from start to finish, EVERY TIME! I’ve been using this office for years & my 3 kids love it here! Extremely friendly, personable receptionists, honest dentists, clean facility…and yes, parents/caregivers are allowed to stay WITH their child and no restraints used or needed with the care provided. Best children’s dental experience in town, hands down.
10/10 would recommend. All the staff is very attentive and helpful. They all have positive attitudes and the dr was great on explaining treatment.
Staff is friendly, and they maintain a clean office. Like how they call to remind you of your appointment a day or two before. My children like their check ups, especially when the staff hand out the goodie bags once they are done.
