My experience with this hospital has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. My son was placed on a psychiatric hold and transferred to this facility, and throughout his stay, I have struggled to obtain accurate information about his care and treatment. As a parent, I repeatedly called, left messages, and requested updates from staff and the treatment team. There’s ALWAYS one nurse who never introduces herself and always hangs up on me. Our loved ones are in this facility so they can physically see they are not alone and surrounding them with rude or incompetent nursing is not going to ever reach that goal.
I was a patient here for about two years. Dr. Mendoza was my doctor and Tina was my staff along with Amy, You guys changed my life to a better version of myself

The places is ass fr the staff don’t care about the kids/teens giving pills without consent or anything get staff that actually care about there patients fr 👎
