This is supposed to be a BEHAVIORAL HEALTH hospital, yet some of the staff act like they forgot what the word “healthcare” means. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic compassion from certain employees is honestly embarrassing. If you work in behavioral health, you should understand that the people coming through those doors are already vulnerable. The Entire staff at Bakersfield Behavioral Healthcare Hospital couldn’t have been more kind or understanding . I believe they cared about me and my situation. I cannot say enough positive things about this staff! Above all I was treated with Respect. I wish there were more employees in the medical field like the ones at BBH!
I was here for a couple of days and it was okay they treats the other patients like they were crazy which I didn't like but I met an old man named Adam he was 70 something and I miss talking to him so Adam please read this and find me so we can be friend again
