At first I wondered how long the installation of the heating system will take but they did it quickly, under a day. The professionals explained every step and took extra time to make sure the new thermostat was calibrated appropriately.
Had to write a review because the guy was on our a/c system for about an hour and talked about how regular inspections may prevent costly future problems. I appreciated the thoroughness but it would have been nice to have a better timeframe as to when they would recommend the next service appointment.
Quoted price was fair and they got the job done in about an hour and a half cleaning the A/C system vents making sure it was all clear and working better. I was impressed with their attention to detail they detected and cleared a couple of little clogs that I hadn't seen previously.
They were a lot more thorough this time than the last visit, spending around 90 minutes cleaning and checking the whole A/C system. They also found and swiftly removed a clogged drain pipe that hadn’t been discovered earlier.
The problem turned out to be a loose wire connection, and the technician corrected it within an hour with minimal disruption. The first company suggested a full replacement, so I was relieved to find this less intrusive solution.
