Baker's Travertine Power Cleaning (Kyle & this team) did a great job with cleaning the tile and staining/sealing the grout in our corporate office. Baker's was very communicative from day one through completion of service. They're timely and very professional. Highly recommend their services.
This was the third time we've used Bakers over the years and once again outstanding service. The crew arrived early and introduced themselves, walked through the process for the job, completed in exactly the time estimated. Very professional, courteous, respectful of the house, helped moved furniture, great cleanup and best of all our ceramic tile and grout lines all looked new. Would recommend their service to anyone.
Response: 7 months to respond to my review and it's roughly two weeks after the closing of sale on the property. Yeah, really seems like you want to "make things right." We had Baker's out to clean and seal our flagstone in Sep 2024. They seemed nice and knowledgeable when we had our estimate done, but I do not recommend this company (especially to folks in Tucson, who have to pay a fee for an "overnight hotel charge" [because they come down from Phoenix] --despite the fact that they didn't actually stay in a hotel, they dr... read more
