My wife and I stood there waiting to be seated for almost 10 minutes with 3 employees and a manager at the cash register dealing with another customer Another employee walked by us in her way out. NO ONE acknowledged us! All they had to say is, “we’ll be right with you folks” and we would have waited. We walked out, and we won’t be back!
Food was great, Allie my waitress was a superstar. Great pie
My experience with Bakers Square was a mixed bag. It started great Tyler who welcomed us was great. He was friendly took us to our seat asked about our day. Then the experience went down hill the waitress has very little interest. She had to be asked 3 times to bring the ice tea to the table. She had to be asked twice for the ketchup. By then she basically threw it on the table. Finally brought the lemon also thrown on the table. At this point I asked for the manager. soup was cold, quality of the food horrible for the price I paid for it. server was overly stressed and couldn't do her job.
Julie is awesome! My eggs were cooked perfectly. The lemon supreme pie is heavenly.
Didnt seem like we were a priority to our server. Had to ask anytime we needed anything and then wait forever. Also, fries were undercooked and over seasoned. The pie was the only saving grace.
