I had a great experience with Baker Heating and Air. The technician, Dustin, showed up right on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my HVAC system. He was very professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. What really stood out was that he took the time to show me a few simple maintenance tips I could do myself to help keep my unit running smoothly. It’s rare to find that level of service these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to friends and family.
Timeline: call center called me back to set up appointment @ 8:11 — Dustin arrived @ 8:39 I paid for service after job was completed @9:25! Couldn’t have been more pleased with expediency, and the Field Supervisor Dustin was very professional, and thoroughly explained what the issue was and things I could do to get the most life out of my unit. I felt the price charged was fair and would recommend this company.
We recently had Baker's Heating and Air install an attic fan above our garage, and their techs, Dustin and Jacob, did an outstanding job. Their product knowledge is extensive, and their work is very professional. Great job!
I can’t recommend Bakers Heating and Air, in Lodi, highly enough. From Le’s original visit to our home for the estimate, to the actual install completed by 4 highly skilled, polite and professional young men, the experience was seamless. Although they toiled away for many hours to complete the install, they left our home spotless.
