Dustin is a master technician and provides the most professional service I could ever have wanted.
Dustin and Robert did a fantastic job installing our new HVAC system. They were courteous and friendly and answered all of our questions. We have been with Baker for 3 years and have not had any negative experiences. Thank you Dustin and Robert. If I could give you both 10 stars I would!!!
Dustin showed up early on a hot day to take care of my Air conditioner. He was fast, professional and very respectful. Quickly diagnosed the problem and we were back to being cool.
Dustin and Robert arrived ahead of schedule, were friendly and professional. The install went seamlessly. An explanation of how to use and program the thermostat was given as well as recommendations for improving the efficiency of the unit. The work area was left clean both inside and out at the completion of the job.
