RecommendedThey are very honest and completely professional about what they do. I recently took my Caliber over there to get fixed. By the time I went to pick it up, it looked brand new! I was very satisfied with the results and they were done three days earlier than their scheduled pickup time. Best of all, they took the liberty to vacuum out the interior of my car and polished my dashboard so it was clean when I got it. I love my car being clean, so that was a surprise for me! Very honest, and very professional. After being stranded on the interstate, it was such a relief to work with trustworthy folks, who were truly honest and upfront about my vehicle. They were able to keep me informed about the diagnostics, going through all of the options, as well as the status of the repair. What a comfort during a trying time. They treated me like famiy! They go above and beyond what you go in for I love
I took my Cadillac CTS to the dealer to find out why my trunk would not open and they said the latch was stuck and they would need to break a trim piece to get to the latch to open my trunk and I would be left buying a new trim piece plus the labor and possible new latch. Over 500.00 for the trim piece alone! Second opinion from Bakers Collision Repair and they has it fixed without breaking anything and in under 15 mins!!! I love this shop!! Super honest and knowledgeable!! I will never go anywhere else!
Baker's owner and staff strive to provide excellent customer service. I have not talked to one person who used their services that had one complaint. They have a very clean and professional facility and work at a very efficient rate of speed with top notch quality.

Two years ago I stopped at Pep Boys on a Sunday to have a headlight replaced and they wanted over $100.00.....no thank you!!! Today I had a headlight replaced at Bakers's while I was having brake work done.....bulb was $18.52 and labor was $15.90 for just 0.3 of an hour. Thank you Baker's.....you are the best!!!
