My business has been trying to order pipe from this company for weeks. Twice now they have tried to give us the wrong parts. The salesmen called and told us he had the parts we had paid for, so we went to pick them up. They were the wrong parts. No stock on products, high pricing, poor service, no customer support. New management very greedy and not loyal to vendors or employees!!! Stay away.
Baker Specialty & Supply has always been a great company to deal with! There prices are always below most others. Their sales persons are helpfull and friendly. I also like their toll-free 800 numbers for information and even the fax number is toll free....................
GREAT FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS The sales persons are top-notch. They know their products and are friendly as well. I highly recommend this establishment if you are remodeling your home.
