Horrible experience. I asked for the price and how long does it typically take to compete certain work. Job took extremely long. So even after adjustments, I still paid 3 times the price I originally anticipated. Also, the rate billed is higher than the rate communicated over the phone (and I confirmed all the numbers over the phone).

Hunter and Dylan were amazing today. I had lost all hope with an old safe, and they skillfully took care of it. They were so polite and professional! Highly recommend them!
Drove 40 minutes roundtrip after someone recommended here to copy a key. Key doesn’t work because the ridges are either missing or offset. Now I have to go back wasting an hour of my work day because they couldn’t do a simple job right. Edit: There was a different person who was very apologetic and helpful and fixed the key. Adding a star for him but still very annoying that it took 2 trips to get this done.
