Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Baker Rehab Group! The OT that came to my home was phenomenal and did a great job! I had an appointment for her to come this past week at 10:30. Due to my Ehlers downlos syndrome (EDS) And SPS it takes me a while to get ready for anything especially on bad days. But I was ready and waiting. I had knee surgery in February and due to an additional revision surgery my surgeon suggested that I do at least one PT at home when I returned home from the hospital just to start some light exercises since my full PT would not start for almost a month due to the complication of my second surgery. Mike was nice, but I had tgo tell him several times to not correspond with my surgeon by sending him my status and future updates. Would not recommend this place at all. Had a appt. With them and when I got there they said they didn't have me down for an appt. When I got back home I found the appt they had printed out for me so I faxed it to them. Funny I never heard back from them.
