By far one of the most hostile companies, I've encountered in Tulsa. "Ronda" is a piece of work, when it comes to customer service. There is no paperwork provided upon property reclaim. They denied simple clarifying questions, when we asked who initiated the reclaim, because our lien holder advised us to have them verify the information, before telling them who the lien was held by. Do not expect Rhonda, the graying lady to have class or customer service on the phone or in person. Awfully snide, assuming, and racist. Also, do not expect them to have the administrative skills to NOT get your keys/property mixed up with someone else, they don't write anything down, and are predatory about their services. Highly unprofessional.
Had my truck repoed with no notice, hours on the phone with them trying to schedule a time to pick it up, one day after towed. Finally got the truck back, Bushnell rangefinder and a pair of costa sunglasses were missing. They said they had to recollection of neither being in the truck. Showed me bull**** pictures of “what was in the truck”
In light of a crappy situation they were helpful and very kind. My car seat was expired and when I came to recover my personal belongings one of the ladies traded my old car seat for a brand new one. What a blessing to remind me Gods always got my back. Thank you for being so thoughtful and kind.
Repo'd my vehicle at 2am with my passport inside. Why would you show up at 2am if you are doing everything by the book and have proof of repossession notice from lender? Sent the truck to auction 3 days after repo. No chance to come get belongings from vehicle.
