Shannon was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to my barely 18 year old brother. Insinuating that he was “one of these west side kids”, when in fact he was more professional and more polite than this lady. The worst tower ever unprofessional
I had a frightening experience with Baker Recovery after one of their agents came to my home looking for an F250 that was not mine. She asked for me by name, then stuck her head and part of her chest inside my home while I was caring for my infant twins and my 9 year old was at the door. She would not let my son close the door and looked into my living room while speaking to my children.
