My spa wasn't heating and I called Baker Pool & Spa. I hadn't been caring for it properly and Donna had some suggestions that might fix it without costing me the price of a repair visit. Having no luck with any of those things, I asked her to send someone out. It was 3:30PM on Friday on New Year's weekend, 12/30/2016. They would be closed Monday so could come Tuesday. Awesome experience, when we went to look for our replacement spa, we knew we wanted to go back to a Hot Spring and Baker is the place! Excellent sales staff Joshua, tremendous work on arranging a delayed delivery date thanks Bobbi! And John and crews yes two teams to get our old dead inherited spa off the hillside deck and our new Grandee installed and commissioned! You won't go wrong with Baker!
