I called and spoke with a hot tub specialist as a potential new customer and the lady almost seemed offended I called to see if they had any hot tubs in stock. She proceeded to tell me I “need to do my research” and not “call around like this”. Hi Lindsey. We are very sorry about your experience. It's a difficult time with demand for hot tubs very high and no supply or even good lead-time estimates right now. It's a conversation we have numerous times daily. In your case, we could not sell you a hot tub even if we had one because anything we sell, we have to service through it's warranty period - 5 years (per the manufacturer). Liz, I am sorry that you didn't hear back from your email yesterday. Josh (mgr) was off yesterday and the store was very busy. We had you on our list to call back today. We will be happy to go over all in stock options for a replacement cleaner with you. I am going to have Angie call you to this morning to see if you still need assistance with a repair or a new cleaner.
Horrible customer service. Won’t help customers. I called about ordering sand for my pool filter and the hung the phone up on me. Had my husband go there to buy it in person because no one would return calls and they slammed the door in his face and said call ahead. Talked to the manger and he hung the phone up. I will never buy from this store again. Save your money and buy some where else!!

Don’t go any where else but backer pools they are good
Our Vanguard Hot Springs hot tub is 5 years old. Unit has provided us with tremendous joy. Baker Pool has been great in answering our questions on tub cleaning, water chemistry and filter cleaning. Everyone is very knowledgable in the operation and maintenance of the tub. The hot tub experience has been great at soothing the various aches and pains . I highly recommend the Baker Pool experience.
