We have owned our Baker Pool for 21 years and our Hot Springs Grande hot tub for 7!!!! We have been going to Baker for ALL of our pool and spa needs the entire time! We always can count on Josh for amazing customer service and expert advice about our chemicals, etc. I highly recommend Baker for all of your pool and spa needs and if you are in the market for a new spa, talk to Bobbie! She won't steer you wrong :)
In the 5 years we've owned our spa, the customer service from Baker Pool & Spa has been outstanding. Would highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a spa.
I really enjoy coming to Baker Pool & Spa to get all our pool supplies for our in-ground pool. They offer great customer service with top notch advise on pool care. A special shout out to Sarah for her help over the years. Keep up the great work!
We began using Baker Pool for our pool water testing and supply needs this year. They sold us $200+ worth of product that ultimately we did not need - the calibration on their water testing system was off. They refused to take any responsibility in the matter. We are left with the bills and a pool in worse shape than when we began trying to treat it.

We began using Baker Pool this year for our pool water testing and chemical needs. Long story short, their machine was not calibrated correctly, they sold us $200 of the wrong product, which made the pool even more unusable and then refused to take any responsibility for it.
Sarah is the best! She's very knowledgeable about the products and very professional! She's the reason I bought from the store.
We went in to check out their new line of Vision Grills. What's awesome is they will be having an event in April demonstrating and cooking on them. The unit comes with everything in one box. No need to buy the stand etc separately. Different colors and assembled right here in St Louis.
The team at Baker Pool and Spas is always helpful, especially Sarah. I bring in a water sample from out hot tub to have tested and they always give the right directions to have it crystal clear within hours.
