I really appreciated their flexibility and punctuality. Their pricing was reasonable and with in the 3 quotes I received. I chose them because they have the highest rating, and really appreciated their commitment to come out to get the job done. Will definitely refer them to family and friends.
Steve did good job installing our new water heater. He was punctual, polite, and professional. His price seemed a bit higher than we had been expecting, but he provided a discount for us due to the fact that my husband and I are both veterans. Overall, we recommend him and would use him again.
They really did a beautiful job installing my new tankless waterheater. I called in the morning and they finished the job that afternoon. They even went above and beyond and fixed a problem that they found with my furnace while they were out doing the complex work of installing my waterheater. I was very impressed and pleased and would highly recommend.
Steve Baker plumbed a new shower fixture for me and did a solid job. He took care to ensure that the plumbing was put together correctly and supported well. He also reset a toilet for me that had been giving me problems, and now it's probably installed better than when it first went in. I plan to hire him for other work around this aging house.
Steve Baker did a great job with replacing an old gas connector for the gas dryer. Then he and I went on the roof to connect the swamp coolers. He was very helpful. He showed me why the connections were leaking and some other things. He is a great conversationalist and it does not interfere with his work. I will hire him again for plumbing

quick, professional service
I hired them to install a tank-less water heater. They showed up with the unit already purchased (a Navien). We could never fill up our large Jacuzzi bath tub with the aging tank water heater. Steve with Baker Plumbing & Heating had the perfect solution. We could not be more happy. The tub now fills completely up with hot water and the new system looks so much better. I now have a go to guy for all my plumbing needs.
