Steve was prompt, informed us of what he was doing, and did the job quickly and well.
Steve and Kyle were quick to come and make a bid. He explained everything, had to adjust many "old" fittings and did so without complaint. Finished the job and cleaned up. Would definitiely recommend and hire again.
After a long explanation about waterless vs tank we went with a regular water heater. The return on investment for us (we are seniors) made more sense to do this. Baker Plumbing explained everything in detail of both systems.
Steve and Kyle were great, they came out quickly to review the issue and then got the job done quickly. Nice personable people to work with.
Steve is very professional. He and Kyle were quick to come out and make a bid which was very competitive. He verified that everything was working absolutely perfectly before cleaning up and finishing the job. I would hire them again, no problem!
