A company with NO integrity! I have been paying them to spray my yard for 5 years. My yard has gotten eaten up with bugs and is full of weeds. When I asked if they could rectify the problem, they simply said, "It's not our fault." Well, It is your job to spray for bugs and weeds. It is your job to report any suspicious activity when your technicians come out to the property. What exactly am I paying you for? Worst lawn and pest control company in St. Augustine!!

This company is absolutely appalling and handle phone calls with nothing but rudeness and disrespect. I have used them on previous occasions and instead of valuing us as clients they have no respect for or ethics when handling their clients. We have paid them in full each time and supported this business and REGRET having anything to do with them. Stay away and get quotes from any other company in the St Augustine and Jacksonville area. Trust and decency is not something their team is capable of. Seriously disappointing.

I received a threatening call to pay a bill I did not owe. This firm acted as if because I was a senior citizen, I was unaware of good service. They showed up unannounced, would only do work if we were under contract and double billed for services I did not receive. When i sent an invoice with payment and indicated that I wanted them to cancel the service, they billed me anyway for services not received. I wish I had never used Baker Pest Control.

I can't say enough great things about Baker Pest Control. Great family owned and operated with family values. When my late husband and I bought our home, we wanted the best for our investment. Baker Pest Control had this since it was built. So why change when the bugs are scared then and now.
