Day to Day Contact I was most satisfied with the day to day contact that Baker Group provides. My point of contact and the techs that came on site for us were very responsive and results driven. The only thing I would recommend would be to continue to expand their product offering and get into ice maker repair and maintenance. Everyone likes to have a one stop shop and I think it would fit nicely for them.
Staff Is Reliable The entire staff was reliable and they've even been responsive since we moved into the new building. They actually finished our building ahead of schedule.

True Professionals The Baker Group are a bunch of true professionals. They would meet with us at any time needed and submit detailed reports of the project timeline and status. When plans were completed, the bids were explained carefully and advertised in a way that would attract the best contractors.
Worked Around the Clock They did an excellent job and worked tirelessly around the clock to ensure that the job was done. It was a tough one with many obstacles, but they still made it happen.
