I had scheduled service for Monday the 9th. No call and no show. When I called the next day, they said they had me scheduled for Tuesday the 10th. So, I rescheduled for Monday the 16th. Again, no call and no show. I understand mistakes happen, but twice is unacceptable.
Two other companies required up-front fees. I phoned Bob at Baker Garage Repair Services and he came out the same day and provided me with an estimate. We discussed door options and recommendations. Installation was scheduled and completed as promised. Outstanding customer service. Company deserves 10 stars.
Bob is a gifted and dedicated technician. He fixed our garage door after it got hit by a car. He came by for a free estimate, and gave us several options. After doing a little bit of research and shopping around, we decided to go with Baker Garage Repair Services since he gave the most reasonable price. And He got it done the next morning.
