Customer service at this location needs serious improvement.
Terrible service. Tech was unqualified and didn't have proper tools to do his job, but sent bill anyway. I had to call another company to fix what Florida Cool's tech screwed up and lucky I did or it would have damaged my house if not fixed correctly by another company. Complaints to the company were continually ignored. The only thing they are good at is sending out bills for terrible service work. Stay away from this firm at all costs. They suck.
