I’ve never met John Foreman nor has he ever flown on or chartered any Baker Aircraft. It’s been 5 years since I was even an employee at Baker. For 20 years professionalism and respect for others has been of the utmost importance and my reputation precedes me. One of your pilots, Austin Wright, has got to be one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. The way he speaks down on others is very condescending and you can see this by way he interacts with customers along with fellow staff. Take your business else where.
Best charter company
I called a company out of the blue to get information about private charter companies. Although it was of no benefit to the company directly, their staff took the time to answer all of my questions with a great attitude. Kind, friendly, helpful service. I would imagine the rest of the company operates in this manner.
