i bought a springfeild dark horse, online. i bought the bike sight unseen. There was a mix up on which handlebars came on the bike. But i went in and told the the problem and i was told they want nothing more than me to be happy with my bike. it is unfortunate when there are issues but i am so glad i bought my bike from Bakers American Cycles. my problem was immediately addressed and i was completely taken care of within 2 days. This is by far the best place in North Carolina to purchase a side by side. Eric Tucker and Deron Kay are the best to work with. Eric Tucker worked a darn majic trick of a deal and even included a brand new 17 ft trailer to pull my new Razor 1000 4. If the sold trucks, I'd buy one. Highly recommended. Ask for Eric or Deron. You won't be disappointed!!!!
Super upset with my experience today. Walked in with cash after viewing a 2019 Polaris 570 online for a fair price, only to be disrespected by the “Area Manager” advising the same bike was $6,200.00!!! I walked out angry and saved my breath and money to take elsewhere.
Great experience today getting a new front tire for my Chieftain. Not a major thing but everyone was friendly and helpful.

I called 2 weeks prior to October 5th about test riding a Harley Street bob and an Indian Bobber. They answered all my questions prior and I told them that I would be buying one of those 2 when I came in. The bikes were ready to ride when I showed up and after some quick paperwork we were off.
