Horrible Horrible Horrible Worst service and leadership ever.
Took my unit there twice. The first time it was there took about a month to fix. The second time I took it there took three and half months to fix it. It was a brand new 2020 rzr. Carson baker himself contacted me after my unit fell through the cracks many times. I wasted a whole riding summer and 3 months of payments which was about $1500 due to their maintenance shop. And now I ask how are they going to right the wrong his response after me telling him I was going to leave a bad review was you should of taken it to rocking... read more
very poor service department, and parts department as well. will not be buying another unit from this place. I have a unit up there right now, been there for a month for a warranty claim for a leaking diff seal. if you buy something from here and something goes wrong with your unit you better be ready for long wait times. as for the parts department, when you order something, they tell you they will call you when the parts come in, but you never get a call. very unprofessional.
