I just picked up a new Triumph from Eddie and the guys at Baker Cycles. It had been 20 years since my last motorcycle purchase and the first for a new one. I can't tell you how everyone was so nice and helpful during the purchase. The sale didn't start and end on the day I showed up to look at the bike. Eddie had been helping with phone conversations several weeks before I drove the two hours to the shop. Bought a 2018 Roadmaster Elite November 3, 2018. I was very happy with the deal and process including trade in. Today, November 17, 2018 I took the bike in for the 500 mile service, I was treated great and taken right in. I had some experiences with Harley services so when I got home I went over the whole bike, to my delight, everything was lubed, cables, kickstand etc. The tech even rerouted my battery tender wire to a much better location.
