Bake My Day is not your average bakery! Diana and crew at Bake My Day really know how to make a great cupcake. Huge stuffed cupcakes that will NOT disappoint. I've had cakes, cupcakes, cookies, the moon pies in the fridge, and a custom sheet cake... and I will be back because they just can't be beat!
Woman who asked me what I wanted was very snotty to me. Didn't even ask what I wanted done, which is really simple, and told me she didn't have time. There's no where on this page or webpage that says "two weeks" notice on a order. So how was I supposed to know? Really disappointed. May go back because I was really excited about the place.

We are new to the area and one thing my wife always looks for is. Good bakery because she obsesses over cakes for the kids birthdays and special events. We stopped in a couple of times for cupcakes which were very good. So my wife is pregnant and is having a shower so she called them about a baby shower cake and what date was needed by and what was it for "a birthday" the lady in the other end said and when the wife said no baby shower she was told we don't have time for that and was hung up on. I'm so sorry this happened , customer service is a must , we work very hard to take care of each one that walks through our door or calls on the phone , taking as many specialty orders as possible even fitting in specialty cakes when we can, working long hrs to do so, even when we are booked . We loved the baby shower cake you did for us...she cried when she seen it...we absolutely were taken back by how gorgeous it was
Bake My Day is well worth the drive from Mt. Vernon. The cakes are beautiful and taste delicious. The cupcakes are a real treat! I prefer white on white, but get different varieties when I make the trip to share with my dearest friends. Diana and her crew are top notch decorators and obviously love what they do. I would love to see her expand and have a shop here in Mt. Vernon.
